		<description>I&#039;ve been waiting for this, too.  I don&#039;t know the internal cultures of those parts of Disney, so I don&#039;t know if it will work as good in reality as it looks on paper.

The corporation is a large one and it has some distinct silos that are barriers to making full use of all resources.

What I means is that writers within Disney should be free to tell stories in any medium the company supports.  Likewise, animators, programmers, engineers, illustrators, composers, sculptors, etc. should have their skills and talents put to use wherever the corporation can use them.</description>
