Does that still seem accurate? Also, I assume the wand will be entirely down by then? Especially that one in France. Judging from the way the sun is in the photos I would guess you were there in the late afternoon... and that would be why the lights would be elevated and ready for use. Am I correct? It's for DVC members and their guests as a way to promote and celebrate the new AKL villas. They have a DJ, crafts for the kids, characters, free drinks and ice cream treats, and a raffle.
