The Leaky Cauldron links to an interview with Harry Potter designer Stuart Craig. Craig has been picked to work with the designers at Universal Studios to make sure the new land fits in with the world of Harry Potter. HPANA has the interview transcript.

Universal Studios has set up a nicely themed website with some more info and a place to sign up for more newsletters on Harry Potter Land.
Btw, look for one of the main attractions to be a totally amazing roller coaster ride where guests move along a coaster track while also being moved in 360 degrees while riding on a Kuka arm. I saw a prototype of this at a convention a few years ago and was totally blown away by the possibilities.

im just want to suggest that it would be better if the hp on orlando will have diagon alley…with ollivanders, madam malkin’s rose,flourish and blotts for books,a candy shop with bertie beans and chocolate frogs…and it will be more realistic if there will be a money chager which you can change your money to a wizards money…and that will be they need to but hp items…it will be more profitable cause if ever they will not have choise but to buy hp items if they change it…hope you understand me…we hp fan really want to feel the reality of being in hp world…and also better if there’s a rides and games which we feel like we have a powerful magic…im sure it will works…wish you all good luck thanks for listening if you listen cause i know you are too busy to listen to unknown person who does not really meant anything…thanks….
Love the whole idea… i personally agree with mia. A cash exchange would be great. I’d love to be able to buy a wand, chocolate frogs, berty bot all flavor beans, keep a few of the magical coins and take a million photo’s…. if only their was a quidditch match……
