The Ropes at Disney

Over at Cartoon Brew they’ve posted a scanned version of the 1943 handbook for the animation studio. What looks draconian to Amid, seems fairly liberal for Animation Studios at the time according to Jenny at Blackwing Diaries. Disney was probably at the forefront of employee relations at the time. Still it’s not exactly how I’d like to work.
