Australian Lamb & Carmelized Onions. This can only mean one thing, the 2006 Epcot Food & Wine festival is underway again. I took a tour of the offerings on the evening of the 28th when the show was available for preview, so this may not be the final list of offerings or decor, but most of the stuff was ready to go.
As is my usual habit, I enjoyed a sample of the offerings from the Australia booth first. The Australian Lamb with Carmelized Onions was quite good this year. My piece was flavorful, juicy, and had plenty of meat. Although some guests right before me got pieces that didn’t look quite as good. For $4.50, it would be nice to have a small side item with this as well.
