LOST cast member Michelle Rodriquez chose jail time over community service after her guilty plea for driving under the influence in Hawaii. The 5-day sentence means Rodriquez, who plays ex-police officer Ana Lucia on the show, will be unlikely to miss any filming days for the show. It does not excuse her from a possible 18-month sentence for violating the terms of her parole in Los Angeles.
