Cindy reviews her breakfast at the Downtown Disney, Disneyland Resort, restaurant Catal. Disneyland does lack a variety of good places for breakfast. Looks like I might have to try the Catal restaurant on my next visit.
I had my wedding reheasal dinner at Catal and enjoyed the Osso Bucco very much. Sad to say in her review of June dining at Catal Cindy mentions that item has been removed. She also mentions a change on the chef staff for the restuarant.
“I have very much enjoyed the new menus the last couple of seasons, so I was a bit disappointed to hear that the executive chef would be leaving soon for a different restaurant. It sounds like a good opportunity for him, but I was sorry that he wouldn’t be creating any more wonderful dishes for Catal. I guess we’ll have to try out the new place once they’re settled. In the meantime, though, I am looking forward to see what new things will be offered at Catal.”
